Tualatin Valley Creates is proud to help promote and support arts and culture in Washington County, one of the fastest growing and most diverse counties in the state.
We need your voice on our Board of Directors. Will you join us?
Tualatin Valley Creates is a 501(c)(3) organization with the mission to “inspire our diverse community to connect to the heart and soul of Washington County through arts, culture, heritage, and the humanities.”
At TVC, our work is guided by three goals:
- Serve as a countywide communication hub for arts, culture, heritage, and the humanities.
- Provide support for people working in the creative industries.
- Engage under-served populations in arts, culture, heritage, and the humanities.
We are currently accepting applications from people interested in helping set countywide arts policies and priorities by serving on the TVC Board of Directors.
The Board currently meets quarterly at 4:30pm on Tuesdays in Beaverton. Meeting dates remaining for 2018 include: June 12, September 11, and December 11.
Board Directors are asked to serve on at least one standing committee which meets up to four times a year.
TVC has one staff member, and is hoping to grow its staff in 2018.
