The King City Community Foundation invites you to join us in celebrating Independence Day at the 2^nd Annual 4^th of July Walk & Roll Parade and Festival at the King City Community Park from 10 am to 2 pm.

We are seeking vendors to participate in the festival by creating and staffing a booth during the event. There is no vendor fee to participate. The vendor space includes a 10 x 10 foot stall where you can erect a tent and table to display your materials or sell your products. There is no electricity or water available for the vendor stalls.

The 1^st Annual Parade and Festival was a great success, with estimated 1000 festival participants. We hope to build upon that momentum and bring another day of fun to community members from King City and beyond. We plan to have food trucks, businesses, kids games, a bounce house, and face painting for all to enjoy while we rock along to the Tone Brothers band.

The order of events will be the same as in 2017:

Wednesday, 4th of July:

7:30 am                     Vendor booth set up

9:00-9:30 am:          Classic Car Rally and Parade Set up at King City City Hall

9:30-10:00 am:        Parade through King City to the Community Park

10:00-2:00 pm:        Festival in the Park

Please confirm your participation in the 2018 festivities by completing the Vendor Package (containing a registration form and waiver) and emailing it to KCCFOregon@gmail.com or by visiting us at KCCFOregon.org and completing a vendor form and waiver online. We will then send you a map of the park, indicate your stall number or location and provide further festival details. Stall locations will be allocated on a first come first serve basis so plan to get your vendors forms in early!
