Through Oregon’s Percent for Art in Public Places Program, the Oregon Arts Commission and the Department of Administrative Services seeks to commission artworks for three exterior locations at the North Valley Complex, a newly renovated building in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Budget: $415,000 is available to commission multiple site-specific artworks

Eligibility: Artists and artist teams who reside in the states of Oregon or Washington are eligible to apply. Emerging artists and artists from traditionally or currently underserved communities, including communities of color, are especially encouraged to apply.

The North Valley Complex, located in the city of Wilsonville, will house office space, warehouse facilities and labs for multiple Oregon state agencies including the Departments of Agriculture, Administrative Services, Operations and Management, Occupational Safety & Health and Emergency Management. The renovation project will upgrade an existing 175,600 square foot, single-story concrete, tilt-up building with an interior mezzanine and make associated site improvments.
