The Facilities Supervisor supports staff and assists with coordination of the Walters Cultural Arts Center Concert Series, First Tuesday gallery openings, and additional community events. Strong communication, event supervision, time management, and computer skills are essential with an emphasis on both administrative abilities and day-of event oversight. Candidate should be highly organized and detail oriented with thorough follow through, possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and enjoy engaging with the public. This position assists with production and event preparation, communication with performing artists, financial and administrative tracking, box office coordination, volunteer communication and supervision, customer service, support for patrons with disabilities and more.

Work hours generally take place on weekdays, between 9 am and 6 pm. The Facilities Supervisor will oversee event programming during First Tuesday (evening) receptions and act as the house manager for the Walters Concert Series performances, with Friday evening availability required approximately twice a month.
