e-Commerce Marketing Manager

Schedule: Monday through Friday, business hours

Salary: The wage for this position starts at $36 per hour and up to $48 per hour for highly experienced candidates.

Position Summary: The e-Commerce Marketing Manager focuses on implementation, management, reporting, and ROI of performance-based strategies and tactics for customer acquisition and retention, driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and increasing profitability, and growing customer lifetime value.  The e-Commerce Marketing Manager inspires a team of marketing professionals to excellence through feedback, coaching, and goal setting, and supervises a small marketing team.  This position reports to the Chief Customer Officer.

Retail Marketing Manager

Position Summary: The Retail Marketing Manager develops, manages, and executes marketing strategies to profitably grow Powell’s Books’ business in line with the company’s strategic plan while enhancing brand equity.  Focuses on planning, implementation, monitoring, and ROI analysis of performance-based strategies and tactics designed to increase customer acquisition and retention in Powell’s retail store locations. The Retail Marketing Manager inspires a team of marketing professionals to excellence through feedback, coaching, and goal setting, and supervises a small marketing team.  This position reports to the Chief Customer Officer.
