Interested proposers must “express interest” in this opportunity to download the attached documents which contain details on the scope of work; the sample contract; and the procurement process-including required proposal content, proposal submission options, and evaluation criteria.
The deadline for questions/requests for clarification is December 23 by 5 p.m. with proposals due January 9 by 2 p.m.
