The Walters Cultural Arts Center (527 E. A member of Prince’s New Power Generation, Wright toured with the legendary pop star and has gone on to play with many other acclaimed musicians and venues across the Pacific Northwest, including the Oregon Symphony and Portland’s Annual Blues Festival. Wright is currently working on a new album, “A Journey to Love.” “People should expect to be encouraged, inspired, and enlightened,” she says. “I want people to walk away from my project feeling like they can conquer the world.”
