December is usually gray and cold, but that just means there are more opportunities to create and enjoy comfort food! Whip up your favorite comfort food – it can be a main course, a snack, a dessert, or anything you want – and send a photo to Ian Duncanson. Photos will be judged on creativity and presentation. Two winners will receive $10 gift certificates to Maiale Rosa Wood Fired Pizza in Beaverton! All entries should be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, December 31.
