THE DOUGH
Our in-house dough is made daily and cold fermented for 48 hours to maximize the flavor profile in the crust. Our pies are hand stretched to ensure a pronounced crust around the edge.

THE SAUCE
The Red Sauce is made from 100% tomatoes and mildly seasoned with classic “old-school” ingredients to give the sauce an exceptionally vibrant flavor. Want to mix it up and try something different? Check out our other base sauces or even make it a half and half.

THE CHEESE
C’mon! We don’t mess around when it comes to the cheese. We use the best cheese we could find. It costs us a little more but we think it’s worth it – we hope you do too!

THE INGREDIENTS
We only use premium meats and vegetables to ensure freshness and quality. On the weekend you might find us at a local farmer’s market sourcing local ingredients so we can bring you the freshest, local slices and pies we can.
