Virtual Networking: Digital Photography*

*For artists interested in using photography to promote their work

Date: Wednesday October 20, 2021

Time: 5:00-6:00pm PST

Cost: Free

Location: Zoom

Co-hosts: Rebecca Benoit, award-winning photographer, instructor and owner of Pixelegacy

Co-hosts: Carli Schultz, metalsmith glass artist and owner of Juiceglass

This networking event is designed to be a casual way for artists to connect. This month, we’ve teamed up with digital photography instructor Rebecca Benoit (Pixelegacy) and 3D glass and metalsmith jewelry artist Carli Schultz (Juiceglass) to help artists build their cell phone photography skills to promote their craft.

Each networking event begins with an opportunity to introduce yourself and your art background. We’ll then explore engaging, timely discussion questions brought by the co-host. You’ll have a chance to meet local peers in your discipline to exchange ideas, ask questions, and build connections.

Rebecca Benoit has been teaching digital photography since 2005 in venues such as Newspace Center for Photography and the Cascade Center for Photography as well as a variety of her own workshops, classes and one-on-one instruction.
