Help us keep track of the great work you’re doing! Please add the date(s) you worked, amount of time spent, and a quick description of activities.

We use this information for our grant reports, to share with program partners, and to celebrate in the volunteer community at large. Once you use up on the entry spaces, click Submit. You will have the option to start a new Log to continue entering hours if needed. It is best to submit these weekly when working on long-term projects.

Volunteer Agreements

Volunteers who assist with TVC’s operations, marketing, and/or long-term projects (6+ months) will be provided with a Welcome Packet, including an Agreement outlining any specific project directives and which TVC team member to report to.

Please note that volunteers are not employees. By volunteering with TVC, the individual(s) agree to provide their time and talents without compensation. It is mutually and expressly understood that volunteer services shall be donated, and that volunteers are not entitled to nor should expect any present or future salary, wages, or other benefits for these voluntary services. Volunteers are not covered by or eligible for any TVC insurance, health care, worker’s compensation, or other benefits.  

From time to time volunteers may have access to confidential information. At all times during and after participation, volunteers must agree to hold any such confidential information in confidence and not disclose or use it except as required in TVC’s specific volunteer activities or as TVC’s Executive Director expressly authorizes in writing. 

For the safety of oneself and others, volunteers are required to comply with TVC’s safety rules and other directions for all volunteer activities. If [you] become aware of any hazardous condition or danger at a TVC program site, please alert a TVC representative immediately.
