Call for Artists and Vendors: 2024 Beaverton First Friday Art Walk (Rolling)

Beaverton Downtown Association (BDA) is seeking artists/craft creators to participate in the 2024 First Friday Art Walk.

First Friday Art Walk pairs artists with dining and retail locations in downtown Beaverton on the first Friday of each month from 6:00-9:00 p.m.. Artists and craft vendors of all modalities are encouraged to complete the online sign-up form HERE.

The 2024 Art Walk will highlight a new and relevant theme every month. Artists are encouraged to showcase art aligning with these, but are not required to do so:

January- New Beginnings

February- Black Artists (Black History Month)

March- Women Artists (Women’s History Month)

April- Arab Artists (Arab American Heritage Month)

May- Asian Artists (AAPI Heritage Month)

June- LGBTQIA+ (Pride Month)

July- Differently Abled Artists (Disability Pride Month)

August- Outdoor Adventures

September- Hispanic Artists (Hispanic Heritage Month)

October- Harvest Time

November- Native American Artists (Native American History Month)

December- Holidays

The BDA promotes the event, and will provide both the host venue and artists with digital marketing collateral to share with social media audiences. Artists are expected to be on-site during the Art Walk to answer questions, sell items, and perhaps even give demonstrations of the creative process, should venue space and time allow.

Artist’s information from the online form will be shared only with Beaverton business owners that are interested in hosting during each month. The business owner(s) may also contact artist(s) directly.
