Esper House is about lighting people up through engaged, creative, and thoughtful processes. With more than nearly five decades of experience combined, our team brings an engaging style that is authentic, amiable, professional, and fun. Esper House provides consulting, facilitation, project management, cheerleading, problem-solving services for nonprofits, business and artists.

Founder/CEO Toni Tabora-Roberts has more than 25 years of experience working in the nonprofit and private sectors in a variety of roles, with expertise in leadership development, program management, communications, community engagement, and organizational development. She founded Esper House, a management and project consultancy in 2015. She has particular content experience and passion for arts, culture, media, education, sustainability, and social justice. With a strong DEI lens informing her work, Tabora-Roberts’ approach with organizations is grounded in team-based collaboration, interpersonal connections, experiential engagement, and culturally responsive, strengths-based facilitation. Her diverse client list includes Regional Arts & Culture Council, City Club of Portland, City of Portland, MediaRites, Meyer Memorial Trust, Mt Hood Cable Regulatory Commission, Portland Parks Foundation, Shaking the Tree, Unit Souzou, and Willamette River Network. She currently serves as Board Chair for APANO Communities United Fund, is a core member of Arts Workers for Equity, and is part of Tualatin Valley Creates Arts & Culture Leadership Incubator.
