The Newberg Public Art Council (NPAC), in partnership with the Newberg Downtown Coalition, is requesting submissions for high quality sculptures to be displayed for two years.  Newberg is a highly visited community in the heart of Oregon Wine Country with visitors from all over the globe.

An honorarium of $1,250 will be provided to each artist selected.

One of the five sculptures selected will be purchased by the (NPAC) for the city’s permanent collection.

Artwork shall be suitable for outdoor public display, weather and vandalism resistant, pedestrian safe, and appropriate for all ages. Artwork must require minimal maintenance, be undamaged and unblemished, and must be fabricated and finished w/non-hazardous materials.
